Hello...my name is Kris.
If I had to pick the two most foundational things about me, with zero hesitation, I would tell you this: the things of God are simply inescapable to me—and so is creativity.
Not so ironically, much of my life’s ethos is wrapped up in the first five words of Scripture:
“In the beginning God created…”
Before He revealed Himself as provider, healer, shepherd, or king, He revealed Himself as Creator.
And because you and I were created in His image, creativity is not optional—it is part of our design.
You too are a creative being, created by The Creative Creator.
To do what?
Create.
For me, that expression has always been deeply connected to words.
I love words—but more specifically, I love God’s words.
I am a self-proclaimed glutton for the spirit of wisdom and revelation. I am constantly feeding myself on Scripture, sermons, podcasts, books, conversations, and worship that awaken hunger for God and deepen my understanding of His kingdom.
Over time, that pursuit formed a personal mission that continues to shape everything I build:
“To provoke a generation unto the knowledge
of God and the realities of walking
in His kingdom.”
Ready Writer was born from that conviction.
I created Ready Writer to awaken modern-day scribes—people who know they are carrying something worth releasing but need formation, clarity, courage, and practical tools to steward it well.
Our mission is:
“To awaken modern-day scribes who faithfully steward
and release the message God is burning in their hearts,
proclaiming the realities of God’s kingdom
and preparing the way for the return of the Lord.”
Whether you are a songwriter, Christian creator, podcaster, speaker, teacher, or writer, my conviction is simple:
